I've been designing digital products since I founded my own design studio in 2005. These days, I'm a Director of Product Design at Braze leading design across the Data and Orchestration Divisions, where our teams tackle complex challenges across the entire data lifecycle, message orchestration, and AI-powered generation and optimization. Previously, I spent over six years at Twitter designing and leading the design team for the company's core revenue business, advertising.

I focus on transforming teams from reactive executors into strategic partners, taking AI/ML products from promising prototypes to experiences customers actually trust, and developing the next generation of design leaders who get that craft, empathy, and business acumen aren't competing priorities—they're table stakes.
