Hello!

I've been designing digital products since I founded my own design studio in 2005. Today I'm a Director of Product Design at Braze, where I lead design across the Data and Orchestration Divisions. In practice, that means our teams design the systems that help brands figure out what to say to their customers, when to say it, and how to make it actually useful. Before Braze, I spent over six years at Twitter building and leading the design team for the company's advertising business.

Most of my energy goes toward making complex products feel simple, coaching designers who actually want to be great at this, and making sure Design has a real voice in product strategy.
